State Long Course Wrap....

24 Dolphins swam at MSAC in the 2014 State Long Course championships on Saturday 5th April, a great warm up event for Nationals in 2 weeks time. There were lots of record breaking performances and personal best times: see results page for full report. Club records (Long course and relays) have also been updated.
